Entering a New Era of Hospitals: Transforming Healthcare Services in the Age of AI
Jakarta, July 24, 2026 – Digital transformation has brought the healthcare industry into a new era. Advances in Artificial Intelligence (AI), big data, automation, and integrated information systems are creating new opportunities for hospitals to deliver healthcare services that are more effective, accurate, and patient-centered.
This transformation was one of the key topics highlighted at the 13th National Seminar & 11th Healthcare Expo of the Indonesian Private Hospitals Association (ARSSI) 2026, held from July 22–24, 2026, at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan. The event carried the theme, “Hospitals in the Midst of the Storm: From Regulatory Dynamics and National Health Insurance Resilience to Digital Responsiveness.”
During the event, Sysmex Indonesia participated through its exhibition booth, showcasing a comprehensive range of solutions across Hematology, Hemostasis, Urinalysis, Immunology, Clinical Chemistry, Flow Cytometry, and Integrated Digital Healthcare Solutions. These solutions are designed to help laboratories improve testing accuracy, workflow efficiency, and service quality while supporting the transformation toward more integrated and data-driven laboratories.
This is aligned with the ARSSI 2026 agenda, which also addressed Ethical & Responsible AI in Healthcare, the use of Big Data for Clinical Pathway & Outcome Monitoring, and the development of data-driven, integrated, and intelligent hospitals.
