Role & Responsibility:

  • Provide Application training implementation for the customers and assist manager in designing, standardizing, developing tools and evaluating the implementation
  • Program evaluation, quality assurance enhancement, calibration, functional test, troubleshooting and ensuring sub distributor’s performance standard
  • Complete documentation in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Medicine, Biology, Pharmacy or Medical Technology from a reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Have a good presentation skill
  • Have an excellent ability in identifying problems, strong conceptual and analytical thinking
  • Must be mature, resourceful, self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Good command in English and computer literate is a must
  • Have a working experience in diagnostics or healthcare industry would be an advantage
  • Willing to travel
  • Having driving license (SIM A) is a must
