Jakarta – 3 July 2026 – Sysmex Indonesia, together with its sub-distributor Kristalab Surya Medika (KSM), participated in the 10th Maluku Celebes Papua Clinical Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Annual Meeting (MacPLAM) 2026, held from 1–3 July 2026 at Claro Makassar Convention Hotel, Makassar. This annual scientific meeting carried the theme, “Strengthening Clinical Pathology Services through Innovation, Quality Improvement, and Collaborative Practice,” highlighting the importance of innovation, quality enhancement, and collaboration in advancing clinical pathology and laboratory medicine services.

The event was attended by more than 300 members of PDS PatKLIn from across Indonesia and featured a series of activities, including Workshops, Plenary Lectures, Symposiums, Free Paper presentations, Medical Expo, and Gala Night.

As part of its participation, Sysmex Indonesia welcomed visitors at the Medical Expo, where the company showcased its advanced Hematology solutions and Digital Healthcare solutions designed to support precision, quality, and smarter laboratory technologies. Through this exhibition, Sysmex Indonesia aimed to promote and enhance users’ competency in understanding Sysmex laboratory instruments while also increasing awareness of Sysmex Indonesia’s innovative healthcare solutions.

These activities were fully aligned with the theme of the 10th MacPLAM 2026, as Sysmex Indonesia continues to support the advancement of clinical pathology services through technological innovation, continuous quality improvement, and collaborative partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem.

Furthermore, participation in this event provided a valuable opportunity for Sysmex Indonesia to strengthen its relationship with PDS PatKLIn, particularly with members across Sulawesi and the surrounding regions. The event also served as a platform for refreshing and advancing knowledge on the latest developments in laboratory medicine. This collaboration reflects the shared commitment of both organizations to enhancing diagnostic quality and supporting better healthcare services in Indonesia.
