Responsibilities
Perform all production activities at various stages and to work as a team with other production personnel to achieve production targets in accordance with ISO Quality Management System and applicable safety standards.
Production Processes
- Weighing, mixing, filter preparation, filling and packaging.
- Completion of all associated production records in accordance with good documentation pratices
- Transfer of raw and packaging materials as well as finished products
General Duties
- Perform house-keeping and first-level trouble-shooting of equipment as needed.
- Equipment and area cleaning on regular intervals.
- Comply with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Work on continuous improvement initiatives within Production.
- Handle non-routine duties as assigned by senior technicians or Production supervisor.
Requirements
- Min GCE O Level /SPM/ Nitec in production, preferably in industrial engineering.
- Min 3 years of related working experience, preferably in chemical process related industry / production factory
- Computer literate (MS Office) and knowledge of Chemistry preferred
- Experience in material handling with forklift or maintenance will be an advantage
- Forklift License preferred
- Positive mindset with a sense of urgency
- Dedicated and able to work independently as well as a team player
- Customer focus with emphasis in quality
- Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Work hours: 8:30am to 5:15rpm (5day work week)
- Occasional Overtime required
- Work Location: Jalan Tukang (near Corporation Road / Jalan Boon Lay area)
