Call Center – Customer Care

Responsibility:

  • Prepare and doing all activity related with Customer Care & IT Department to support company achievement
  • Ensure spare part availability
  • Check and repair  medical devices
  • Build and Maintains partnership with customer

 Requirements:

  • Degree holder of electronic engineering from a reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00 
  • Willing to travel 
  • Have an excellent ability in identifying problems, strong conceptual and analytical thinking
  • Must be mature, resourceful, self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Good command in English and computer literate is a must
  • Have a working experience in diagnostics or healthcare industry would be an advantage
